I had a lump in my gum that was swelling. I called this office on Thursday, Friday, & Saturday & they were closed all three days. I did not go into work Monday morning figuring I could catch them first thing at 8AM Monday morning. I even called at 7:10 to see if maybe they opened at 7. So, I stopped in about 8:10 & explained my situation. The receptionist basically told me that they already had two patients there & I was a new patient & they had to take care of their regulars. I was actually turned away!!! She did not offer to schedule something later in the week or anything, just turned me away! Unbelievable. Nice customer service.
I went to the other local dentist (Larry Walker) who got me in immediately for an X-Ray & were very polite & accommodating, even though they were busy, too.
