After moving back to west Michigan and purchasing an old farm house, I called Adams to have a technician check and service my furnace. The technician arrived on the day scheduled a few minutes early. I showed him where the furnace was in the basement, and he explained all that he was going to do as far as checking, cleaning, etc. He was there for about an hour. When he was finished, he explained what he had found, recommended that we install a carbon monoxide dectector, since we had none, and left the invoice with a card.
Contacted them via website but they never responded-thanks for nothing
Since I used Adams when I previously lived in this area 6 years ago, and was a happy customer then, I figured I would try them again, and I was not disappointed. They have always been prompt, professional, and thorough in the work that they have done for me. And after comparing prices with other contractors, they are also reasonably priced and competitive.
