I noticed some things that need to be updated and or changed.
2. The Minutes are quite out of date. As an archive they are great, but to find out what happened at the last meeting they are useless. The minutes for the last meeting are not listed. I realize that for the minutes to be official they need to be approved by the Board; however a lot of places put up their minutes but stipulate that they are unapproved.
I travel throughout Michigan daily, and Oceana County has the best maintained roads for this winter season. Thanks for the great work and dedicated effort in providing a safe travel environment for the driving public.
To be of use to the public minutes need to be posted in a timely manner.
Over all look of site is pleasing and professional looking.
The substance of the site needs work.
1. The hours on the banner do not reflect summer hours. Being closed Friday is hard enough, especially when the website tells us it is open on Friday.
4. One important reason to bear the cost of a website is to keep the public up to date with the goings on at the Road Commission, I feel this is not being best accomplished as things stand now.
Also the newest minutes that are up there are from June 12th, 2013. The board has since met and approved minutes from meetings on June 26th and July 10th. And in less than a week will approve another set of minutes from the July 24th meeting
