Once we got our meal, several things were incorrect. We ordered two Oreo McFlurries and one Reese's, but got two Reese's and one Oreo. They made us another Oreo, which was fine, but they also didn't give our kids the right sides in their Happy Meals, and forgot to give us three of our drinks.
This restaurant is run by children that should not be managers. They are rude and act like you are trying to get something for free if you tell them your order is wrong. I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate and they gave me coffee second time in a week. Told the manager that it was wrong and he argued with me. The woman that was taking our order was rude to us when we pulled through to pay our money for what we ordered.
I get that this is pretty much the only (fast food) game in town, but if the there's going to be a delay, at least get the food right when it comes. I won't be going back to this location again.
Waited about 15 minutes. A few people in line but not 15 minuets worth. Got to my seat, wrong sandwich. Did not have time to wait another 15 minuets to get the right one.
Stopped at the drive-through at McDonald's in Hart, MI earlier today. I get that it was lunch time and the drive-through line was long, but it also moved very slowly. Once we ordered, the waiting continued. A lady in the other drive-through lane was honking and yelling at the order kiosk because they lost her in the shuffle, taking several orders from our lane without taking hers.
This McDonald's is the worst I've ever been to. The only reason why I go here is because it's only one within 30 miles. If I could give zero stars I would. Employees are always rude and act like they don't care about customers. Takes forever to be able to order and even longer to get your food and once you do it is usually wrong, cold and very poorly prepared. Shut this place down and put something that can get an order right in it's place.
Seems each visit to McDonalds over the past few months it takes longer to get a meal and quality is going down fast.
Place is a joke. Orders are never right. Today watched 2 cars get their orders taken before me and i was there before them. I recommend eating your hand before this place
