Got here at 1pm for a 3pm appointment. Parking for about 10 trucks across the street from the office. Got to the door at around 5:45pm. Unacceptable by all accounts. Call ahead and make sure if they will actually be able to get to you on time. Don’t waste you clock waiting for them.
